e-terra oasis provides transmission reservation management including calculation of available transmission capacity compliant with FERC orders 888A and 889A. It includes a Transaction Request Processor (TRP) which is a configurable rules based business process management application that accepts and rejects reservations. A scenario analyzer is also available to investigate what-if studies of potential purchases.
