e-terraautomation automates the processing of transmission reservation requests and energy scheduling. It supports next-hour transactions and on-line negotiations, and uses either a flow or path based method to determine available transmission capacity (ATC) based on real-time system conditions. It also updates the OASIS node automatically with ATC and offers pricing. It includes validation of NERC etags with OASIS reservation data, and provides decision support capability to the transmission analyst.
